Music as community engagement
Music is more than a profession- it's engagement with your surroundings and community. It builds bridges for connection and communication, and provides opportunities for young and old.
Jason has been active in his communities offering outreach and enrichment programs to local youth and aging populations in Baltimore, Mid-Michigan, Alabama, and Central Florida. Work has encompassed youth music exposure, subsidized music lesson programs, and music therapy for assisted living spaces.

Jason has had students of all ages, from absolute beginners to college students, and comeback players with advanced degrees. Lessons are taught holistically, encouraging not only note reading, but playing by ear, and encourage overall wellness in the practice and pursuit of the art. No matter what your goals or interests are, topics range from study classical, jazz, pop, and music theory and composition.
Always welcoming students in person and over Skype! Contact Jason for a free first lesson and further information.
